Promotion Announcement!

We have exciting news! 🤩 Someone on our team has received a promotion! 👏

Kourtney Bade, our Creston teller supervisor, is our new Operations Compliance Coordinator! 🎉 What an exciting opportunity to serve our members in a new way!

Of course, this means you won’t see her as much on the teller line at Creston, but she does want all of our members to know she will miss seeing or assisting you every day…a lot! She will now be helping make Intandem Credit Union more efficient, help us adhere to regulations, and make sure we stay up to date with our policies and procedures. ⚠️

Kourtney has been with us a long time, so what is her history here at Intandem: She started in the credit union industry 22 years ago! She has two Associated in Business Management and Liberal Arts with a Macro Economics certification. 🎓She has worked in a variety of positions including a teller, teller supervisor, a lender, and in accounting. She has gained a wide variety of knowledge within these positions. She is well versed in our policies and procedures which will come in handy with her new position. She will also help make recommendations and implement new processes with all the knowledge she has gained throughout her years for this role.

Who is she outside of the credit union? She is very close with her family and loves to travel with her best friend. 🧳Doesn’t matter where she goes for travel, could be here in the states or flying abroad. She loves to cook! 👩‍🍳 She shares her concoctions with us every now and then…thank you for letting us taste test your meals! She also enjoys craft brews from local GR Breweries. 🍻Her dog Simcoe is named after a variety of beer hops! He is a sweet and spicy pup who keeps her on her toes.
