Fraud Alert! We are aware of fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from the credit union. We will never ask for your account number, full SSN, full card numbers, or online banking credentials when we contact you. We will never try to convince you it is us by reading YOU full card or SSN numbers. If a caller provides the first 4 to 5 digits of your card number, this does establish credibility that they are from your financial institution. These digits identify the card issuer and are not unique to your account. Fraudsters often use this information to appear legitimate and gain your trust. If you receive an unexpected call, do not share personal or account information. Instead, contact us directly using a trusted phone number. We will never be defensive if you are suspicious. If you believe you may have received a fraudulent phone call or have concerns about your account, please contact us immediately at (616) 336-3490.
