Home Equity Line of Credit

If you have equity built up in your home, a home equity line of credit can be a good option to use for home improvements, upgrades, debt consolidation, and emergencies. Our HELOC’s  offer a low variable rate to make them affordable, flexible, and easy options to pay it back. The convenience of this loan is you can pay it down, and funds become available for your next project. Our HELOC’s are set up for a 15 year term. You can draw from your loan for the first 5 years and pay it down and pull more as you need it. After the 5 years is up, you have 10 years to pay back the remainder of your loan. Its an easy, straightforward and your house can help you find the best option to fit your needs

Home Equity Fixed Rate Loan

Lock in your monthly payments. With this loan you borrow a fixed sum with fixed payments.

Intandem Credit Union S.A.F.E Act Registration Disclosure Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act

The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act), requires credit union mortgage loan originators and their employing institutions to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

Each employee of the credit union who acts as a mortgage loan originator must register with the Registry, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain this registration in accordance with the requirements of the S.A.F.E.
