Interest-Only Home Equity Line of Credit-Low Monthly Payment, Affordable, Flexible, No Minimum Draw. Tap into your homes value with a revolving loan-Home Improvements | Remodel | Emergencies | Safety Net. Pay Only interest for the first 5 years-Low interest rates | $0 balance requires no repayment. Tap into the value of your home with the convenience of only paying back interest on a home equity line of credit. With our new HELOC solution, you can take from your loan as much as you need. There is no minimum amount required! Then pay back just the interest owed for the first 5 years. You have the option to pay it down and take more if needed. If you have a $0 balance, you won’t have a payment. After 5 years is completed, you will have 10 years to pay back what is owed for the entire loan. This is an extremely easy loan option that offers a benefit to your home, and your wallet!

*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Interest only home equity line of credit as of 4.49% as of July 1, 2022. Rates are based on the Prime Rate minus 0.26%. Max rate is 18% and the lowest could never be below floor rate of 4%. All loans are subject to credit and property approval. Rates are variable and based on your credit history and profile. Member can obtain credit advances up to 5 years (the draw period). With $0 balance there is not a payment due. There is no minimum amounts required to be spent during draw period. After the draw period ends, the loan is set up on a repayment schedule not to exceed 10 years. During the draw period, the payment is equal to the finance charge (interest) accrued on the outstanding balance during the preceding months. If the minimum payments are made, the loan balance will not decrease. Max LTV is 80%. The HELOC is secured by your home. Rates and terms subject to change without notice. Our HELOC’s  offer a low variable rate to make them affordable, flexible, and easy options to pay it back. The convenience of this loan is you can pay it down, and funds become available for your next project. Our HELOC’s are set up for a 15 year term. You can draw from your loan for the first 5 years and pay it down and pull more as you need it. After the 5 years is up, you have 10 years to pay back the remainder of your loan. The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act), requires credit union mortgage loan originators and their employing institutions to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
