NOW card controls for both Mastercard Debit Cards AND Visa Credit Cards are available in our mobile app. Control your Intandem CU cards and get custom notifications all from within the Intandem CU mobile app.

Take Control of Your Intandem CU Cards
- Download our mobile app – First, you’ll have to download our mobile app on your Apple or Android mobile device
- Once signed into the mobile app, from the main toolbar at the bottom, select “More” then “Manage My Cards”
- Manage My Cards – Here you will find a list of all of your active Intandem CU debit or credit cards. Choose the card you would like to control and from this point, you are able to set activity alert settings/notifications, temporarily turn your card off or on, or report a lost or stolen card
Important: If you already use our mobile app, you may have to update/download the most current version from the App Store or Google Play Store.
