MVH Grand Rapids Donation Supports Local Veterans

Val presenting a check for funds raised to support the Michigan Veteran Homes of Grand Rapids

Our team recently had the privilege of presenting a $950 MVH Grand Rapids Donation to the Michigan Veterans Homes at Grand Rapids (MVHGR). This contribution was made possible through the generosity of our members. They choose to donate directly or purchase from our variety of snacks available. As a result, all proceeds go directly to supporting veterans who live at the home.

A Special MVH Grand Rapids Donation Visit

During our visit, our branch manager presented the check to MVHGR’s Director of Development and Strategic Engagement. After the presentation, he guided us on a tour of the facility. The experience gave us a closer look at the daily life of the residents and the services provided for them. In addition, it helped us better understand how these programs positively affect residents and their quality of life.

How Our Members Make an Impact

This MVH Grand Rapids donation reflects the power of community involvement. For example, every snack purchase may seem small, but it adds up quickly. This ongoing support allows us to continue giving back in a meaningful way. Moreover, member donations help ensure that veterans receive comfort, care, and opportunities for connection.

Our Ongoing Commitment

We’re proud to support Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids and grateful for the opportunity to visit their facility. Moving forward, we look forward to continuing our partnership and finding new ways to support their mission.
